We can't offer rushed or next-day delivery. Fed Ex and UPS won't ship live baby birds, so every chick order (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) ships by USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives in 1-3 days. What keeps chicks comfortable on the trip is how they're packed: each box gets a long-lasting heat pack, bedding and ventilation set for your season and zip code, and our Live Arrival Guarantee covers the rest.
Your chicks can arrive any day from Tuesday to Thursday of your scheduled shipping week, assuming they ship on a Monday. (Our chicks almost always ship on Mondays, unless there is a national holiday that Monday, in which case they ship on a Tuesday!)
Exactly which day chicks arrive depends on which day they hatched and how quickly the Post Office services your area.
