In most cases, this happens because you’re trying to order more chicks than are available for your preferred shipping date. For example, if you’re adding four chicks to your cart but only one or two are available on that date, our system will only show the dates where your full order can be shipped together.

My Pet Chicken’s automated checkout takes both breed and quantity into account, so you can be confident that the shipping dates you see are accurate. Availability is updated automatically every five minutes to reflect the most current stock.
Another factor to keep in mind is our safe winter minimums. will allow. During colder months, we require larger orders to ensure your chicks stay warm and safe in transit. If your order doesn’t meet this minimum, the system may either suggest a later shipping date during the warmer months or not display a date at all. In that case, you can choose to add more chicks to your order to secure an earlier shipping date, or select a later date if it works for you.
